Hi, I’m Shawn and I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education. Upon completion of the degree I worked as a personal trainer and fitness consultant. It was during this time that I developed a great passion for helping individuals. This coupled with an interest in biomechanics led me to pursue a career in pedorthics.  I was accepted into the Pedorthic Program at University of Western Ontario, graduated with distinction in the fall of 2009 and became of  Certified Canadian Pedorthist  in May 2010 and began working at comfort foot clinic.

I am an avid golfer and enjoy playing local area courses as well as the Men’s league at Dundee Golf Club. In the winter I can be found at the rink, where I am an assistant coach within the Waterloo minor hockey association.
